My favorite poet

My favorite poet is Tufu. He is a Chinese poet in tang dynasty. The reasons that why I like him are showing below: first of all, he had a special experience, he was a officer of the government of the Tang dynasty, but when he gets older, he lost his job, and struggling in the corrupt society. He just writes some poetry to show his feeling even he was so poor. However, he ever give up, keeping positive attitude. Secondly, I admire his personality; he is incorruptible for his whole life. He thinks money is less important than a bottle of wine so that he can create his poem. Finally, I prefer his poetries them other’s, because of the words he use. He always write some sentences to show his strong feeling. Thus these are why I like Tufu best; I hope everyone will like him and his great works.

An unforgettable experience of my life

Everyone has an unforgettable childhood, so do I, but one thing reminds me most is that bicycle riding. I still remember how it hurts after my mom hold me up-right and push me till I crashed, and how happy I was when I finally did it under my own power and coordination. It’s tough but memorable. When I was 8, my mom bought a bike for my birthday gift. I was begging my mom teach me how to ride every single day after. Then I realized one thing- everything is hard if you don’t try. I spent all summer vacation on practicing. I keep falling and getting injured, my mom started laughing and come running toward me. She helped me up and asked me to try again.  To balance, pedal, start, and stop I did every step over and over again. Eventually, I became a good rider, I was so exciting that I cried, because this is the proudest thing I’ve ever did!

The reason why i create the blog

Actually , the reason why i create the blog is just doing my homework . But now , i got another reason , that is i want to introduce myself , and let everyone knows me .

About me

Hello , Everyone , my name is Colin. I come from Beijing , China . I'm 18 . I have been here for almost 1 year . When i first came here , i was in a ESL class , because my english was so poor , but now it's much better than before . Unfortunately , i failed 2D last time , i was killed by Mrs.Wellem , she seems like a killer , i think Mr.K is much better than her (shh...). i hope Mr.k won't let me disappoint :-) . So , this is my second time of 2D class . I'll be hardworking and pass the 2D this time .

My CIC life

When i first came to Canada , i was so nervy for everything , i didn't dare to say English . But when i came to CIC , i started to learn English , and did everything with English . I think this experience is very important to me . When i lived in the residence of CIC . i knew a foreign friend , his name is Abshiat . Actually , i don't know the spelling of his name , but sounds like that . He told to me "If you want to get something that other people couldn't get, then you have to endure something that other people couldn't endure." . I think I'll never forget this sentence . Because i have been addicted to a video game named "World of Warcraft" . i thought that is my everything . However , i lost a lot of things that will never come back . Finally , i got nothing . So , i want to persuade some people who like to play video games , get it up and forget it . Use the time to learn English or do other things . you'll find you got more than playing games .
